Salvation journey without the Blessed Virgin Mary is incomplete – Msgr Francis Adoboli

Former Vicar General of the Accra Archdiocese, Monsignor Francis Adoboli has said a Christian’s salvation journey cannot be complete when the Blessed Virgin Mary is taken out of the picture.

Speaking at the launch of “The Woman Clothed with the Sun” on Sunday September 29, 2019 at the Mary Mother of Good Counsel, Fr. Adoboli urged Christians to make Mary a part of their journey to salvation.

According to him when one wants to balance what he calls the salvation equation, but leaves out the Blessed Virgin Mary he achieves nothing.

“I am afraid you can’t balance that,” he said.

He Opined that the Blessed Virgin Mary helps Christians in their way of salvation as she stands as example of godly life.

He further encouraged all Catholics to patronise the book to enable them to know more about Mary the Mother of God, her personality and the life she lived.

He also commended the author, Rev Fr. Stephen Kofi Sakpaku for manning the courage and filling his inspiration with passion to put the book together and encouraged him to bring out more of such Christian literature to enlighten Christians particularly, Catholics.
