Following the ease down on worship activities, a section of Catholics are calling for Church authorities in Ghana to issue a directive on how masses will be conducted in line with the ease as other churches direct members to stay off in-person service.
Leadership of the International Central Gospel Church has issued a directive for its outfits to remain closed with the ease down on worship activities in the country.
A statement signed by the General Secretary, Rev Morris Appiah, says “ no ICGC local Assembly shall be opened to run in-person church service until so advised by the presbytery”.
The Bishops’ conference in Ghana, however, are yet to respond to the new directive on how in-person service with a specified number will be conducted.
