The 2021 edition of the yearly organized retreat by the Family and Friends, was concluded with a donation to the parishioners of St Francis Xavier, Praaso in the Konongo-Mampong Diocese in the Ashanti Region.
Speaking to Radio Angelus, Mrs. Edinam Adzaho-Deku (Mamaga) reiterated the importance of arms giving during lent and the blessing that accompanies it thereof.
She also added that this benevolent act was in a bit to fulfill the call on believers to show love to the deprived.
She further appealed to individuals to kindly extend a helping hand to an outstation by the name of St. Theresa of the Child Jesus Adukrom in the Ashanti region since it needs a comfortable place of worship and other liturgical sacramentals.
