POPE ASK ALL TO PRAY FOR VICTIMS OF HURRICANE IN THE BAHAMAS
The Holy Father has called on journalist travelling with him to Africa and the world to pray for victims of the hurricane in the Bahamas.
The pontiff made the call on his 6 days trip to Africa when having interactions with journalist travelling with him.
“I would like to invite you, everyone in your heart, to make a prayer for the victims of the hurricane in the Bahamas: it is poor people who suddenly, from one day to the next, lose their home, lose everything, even their lives. Everyone in his heart makes a prayer for these brothers and sisters who are suffering from these hurricanes in the Bahamas.” Said Pope Francis.
On the same flight, the Holy Father used the occasion to appreciate Madam Valentina Alazraki’s last book on the abuse of women. He described her book as a real jewel.
The pontiff added that it is difficult to make women understand the pain and exploitation of women today. We need to reflect on this issue. I thank Valentina for this job that she did so accurately, a good book.
The Holy Father is on his 31st Apostolic trip. He will visit Mozambique, Madagascar and Mauritius
