Catholics in Ho defy rain to climax rosary month

Hundreds Catholic faithful from all five parishes within the township of Ho on Wednesday, October 31, 2019 embarked on a procession to climax this year’s Rosary month.

The congregation, including the clergy and religious walked from the Sacred Heart Cathedral Ho-Bankoe, through the principal streets with the Blessed Virgin Mary, praying all four mysteries of the rosary interspersed with hymns in honour of the Mother of God.

Not even a downpour in the course of the journey deterred patrons to abandon the divine exercise, as both the old and young marched on till the final destination at St. Cecilia Parish, Ho-Dome. Where, the blessed virgin was crowned, and a final benediction given by the parish priest, Rev. Fr. Attepor.
