The Tema Battor Deanery Catholic Youth Council has set August 8, for its second edition of the entrepreneurship seminar aimed at enhancing entrepreneurial skills of the youth in the Deanery.

The virtual seminar dubbed “Making positive strives in a challenging Business Environment” will see hosts of seasoned speakers who will nurture young entrepreneurs and existing businesses.

The virtual seminar geared towards helping entrepreneurs “to raise capital (cash & other resources) for the success of their businesses”, comes as a liaison between the various Parish Youth Councils and the Catholic Youth Council in the Deanery.

Nicholas Ben Agbasah, Youth President of the Tema Battor Deanery Catholic Youth Council, explains that the second edition of the entrepreneurship seminar build upon the maiden seminar which “will accord us the opportunity to take advantage of numerous segments of social handles to make the various customers enjoy the variety of available products”.

On his part, virtual seminar is a means of tapping into technology and “reaching out to our youth who are ready to watch on the social handles”.

“We have no choice than to think beyond the box and concluded to go by the social handles to reach them in the mid the covid”, he added.

He adds that, the interest of the youth are enkindled to actively participate in the upcoming seminar by way of utilizing various platforms they are exposed to.
