Radio Angelus is 3 Years , Hurray !!

Radio Angelus is three (3) years old today, March 1, 2021. To God be the Glory, Great things He has done, Greater things He will do.

On Thursday, March 1, 2018, in the boardroom of the then Archbishop of Accra, Most Rev. Charles Palmer-Buckle, at the Holy Spirit Cathedral, Adabraka, Accra, the very first program was aired. This was the beginning of many big fetes and achievements of this beautiful initiative by the volunteers who have and still believe in the dream of having a Catholic radio station in Accra.

Online radio has grown to have these outlets through with the work of God is propagated.
1. Radio Angelus Facebook account with over 21, 000 followers https://www.facebook.com/radioangelusghana

2. A vibrant website that receives a daily visit of about 5, 000 viewers (www.radioangelus.com)

3. An online radio station with an active listenership of over 30,000 (www.radioangelus.com)

4. An app on the Google Playstore (Radio Angelus)

We want to use this opportunity to thank Most Rev. Charles Palmer-Buckle for believing in us and giving us the opportunity to start something.

We also want to highly appreciate Most Rev. John Bonaventure Kwofie, CSSp for his trust in our agenda and ensuring that Radio Angelus became a full member of DEPSOCOM Accra. We are very grateful.

We want to mention Rev. Fr. Blaise Bobi-Attachie, Director of DEPSOCOM Accra for welcoming us to his department and most importantly building us a new studio at the department to ensure that we are close to him and other staff members of DEPSOCOM Accra. Thank you.

We want to thank Rev. Fr. Anthony Agnes Adu Mensah, the former Secretary to the Archbishop for his leadership, drive, and encouragement all these years. God bless you.

To the hardworking, creative, and highly motivated volunteers of Radio Angelus, my God continue to renew your spirit and love to His work. May all your dreams come true.

To our sponsors and benefactors, we are very grateful. Like Oliver Twist, we want to ask for more, especially opportunities to discuss mutual benefits and most importantly the growth of your businesses.

The future of Radio Angelus is very bright and promising. We believe that God will place us at that point where HE wants us to be.
