Radio Angelus gets new studio

The radio section of the Department of Social Communications of the Catholic Archdiocese of Accra (DEPSOCOM Accra), known a RADIO ANGELUS, has commissioned its new studio located at the Bowers House, Kwame Nkrumah Avenue, adjacent old Roxy Cinema, Adabraka –Accra, to the Glory of God.

At the brief commissioning ceremony Mr. Andrew Manomey, Deputy Director for online radio, DEPSOCOM Accra, appreciated benevolent individuals who through their selflessly donations to support the work of Evangelisation in the church have made this possible.

The blessing and dedication of the studio was done by the DEPSOCOM Director, Very Rev. Fr. Blaise Bobi-Attachie. Mad. Victoria Kudawoo, Head of Administration, DEPSOCOM Aaccra, together with Mr. Andrew Manomey and the Branch Manager of Quality Insurance Company QIC, cut the tape to officially open the new studio.

Certificates of appreciation went to Mrs. Joana Ogoe, Mr. and Mrs. Dan Achampong, and Lema Press, for their generous contribution towards the setting up of the radio studio.

Special appreciation also went to the Archbishop of Accra, Most Rev. John Bonaventure Kwofie, Cssp. for his support, and also the DEPSOCOM Director, Very Rev. Fr. Blaise Bobi-Attachie.
