Kpando Deanery Holds Leadership Capacity Building Seminar 

As part of efforts to ensure effective leadership, the Kpando Deanery, one of the three Deaneries in the Diocese of Ho has ended a One-day Leadership Capacity Building Seminar for all Parish Pastoral Council Members in the Deanery. This is to equip the members with effective leadership skills to enable them carry out their duties diligently.

The seminar took place on the 30th of June, 2021 under the auspices of the catholic bishop of Ho, Most Rev. Emmanuel Kofi Fianu and the Dean of the Kpando Deanery, Very Rev Fr. Clemence Ashiara.

The seminar was held at the Immaculate Conception Parish, Kpando.

The event saw over 100 participants from the eight Parishes accross the Deanery.

The facilitators, Mr Bismark Tay and Dr. Mary Anane-Mensah took the participants through the various aspects of leadership. Some of these include the Ten Commandments of Leadership, Leading with Temperaments and Managing Human Relations in Leadership.

Lawyer Andrews Dodzi Adugu also took the participants through the PPC Constitution.

Rev. Fr. Emmanuel Pani expressed gratitude to the facilitators and participants for availing themselves for this opportunity and for a successful seminar.

He admonished all to take the various leadership positions occupied seriously.

He further encouraged the participants to discharge their duties in utmost good faith with service to God and also in protecting the Integrity of the Catholic Church.
