At a meeting held at Akatsi Pastoral Centre on Monday the 21st day of June 2021 and Chaired by the DEPSOCOM Director of the Keta-Akatsi Diocese, approval was given to set up an NGO which will intend to establish a community Radio Station for the Diocese.
The Bishop of the Diocese Most Rev. GABRIEL EDOE KUMORDJIE, SVD was also in attendance.
Participants of the meeting were drawn from the Diocesan Laity Council, Diocesan Youth Council, and the Diocesan Women Council. The NGO and the Community Radio Station will be fully managed by the lay faithful of the Diocese.
We pray God waters this vision to become a reality.
