Church in Ghana will do everything possible to respect social distancing amidst coronavirus crisis, Archbishop Kwofie assures authorities

Most Rev John Bonaventure Kwofie, Metropolitan Archbishop of Accra in a recent pastoral letter has encouraged the faithful to pay heed to the Government’s call on all to respect social distancing to trim down the severity of the coronavirus pandemic.

The letter signed by the Prelate’s outfit said “we shall do everything possible to respect social distancing at public places and enhance personal hygiene by practices such as washing our hands with soap regularly and covering our mouth and nose with our arm when coughing or sneezing”.
