Accra East Regional Grand Knight and Noble Lady paid a visit to Archbishop Kwofie

A delegation, led by the Accra East Regional Grand Knight, Worthy Brother Augustine Appiah and the Accra East Regional Noble Lady, Respected Lady Sister Winifred Yennah, on Sunday, September 20, 2020 paid a visit to the Metropolitan Archbishop of Accra, Most Rev. John Bonaventure Kwofie CSSp, at his residence, Osu.

The team was elated to see the Archbishop, who is recovering from a short illness in a very healthy condition and prayed that each new day brings him closer to a speedy and full recovery.

The Archbishop, who was so delighted for the visit, vividly recalled the recent visit by the delegation during the height of COVID-19 pandemic in April, 2020 and asked for the continuous prayers by all Knights & Ladies of Marshall for his speedy recovery.

He also prayed for the delegation and members of the Accra East Regional Council and Court for God’s Blessings.

On behalf of Accra East region, Worthy Brother Augustine Appiah and Respected Lady Sister Winifred Yennah presented an undisclosed amount of cash, fruits and vegetables to the Archbishop.

Mr. Johnny Donkor, a family member of the Archbishop thanked the delegation for the kind gesture.

Present were: Sir Knight Brother Tony Baffour, Worthy Brothers, Samuel Kingsford Arthur and Charles Nuoriyee, Dame Most Respected Lady Sister Afua Amoo-Adare and Most Respected Lady Sister Charity De-Souza.
