Accra Archdiocesan Francophone Community Held “Day of Prayer”

On Saturday, 5th December 2020, the Francophone Archdiocesan Community of Accra (CACCFA) held an event which was titled “Journée de prière” (Day of Prayer). The activity was organized under the watch of the Francophone Chaplain in the person of Rev. Fr. Nicholas Dzikunu.

The main speaker during the talk was Rev Fr. Paul-Marie MBA a Gabonese priest. The event took place at St. Theresa’s catholic church Kaneshi. The purpose of the gathering  was to partake in various activities which were as follows: praises and worship, teaching through a talk , prayers and celebration of the Holy Mass.

To crown the event an amount of three thousand Ghana cedis was offered to the catholic orphanage of Oboum managed by the Reverend Sisters.

More than 100 persons were in attendance and the event which started at 9.30am was closed at 12pm with Angelus recitation.
